Q: I've heard of ozone but I really don't know what it is – can you tell me more?
A: Ozone is a form of oxygen that is produced by nature to cleanse and purify. Advanced oxidation is a more complex natural process. For over 100 years, large corporations and government agencies have used sophisticated equipment that produces ozone and uses advanced oxidation to purify large water and air systems. And now this technology is available to the consumer.

Q: But don't they give an ozone alert that means you should stay indoors?
A: Good point. The reason for the confusion is that there are different types of ozone. The EPA has a very simple explanation: "Ozone can be 'good' or 'bad' for people's health." It is something "we live with every day." Good ozone is what we find in the protective ozone layer in the upper atmosphere. No Installation — Simple Operation

• Place the unit in the desired room or area — an elevated location (like the top of a bookshelf or refrigerator) gives the best results.
